By purchasing the Business Growth Hub ("the Hub", "the template") from Felicity Berends - Polished Group Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to the terms set out below. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
The Hub is a digital product: a pre-built Trello template & supporting resources designed to help you organise & grow your business.
The Business Growth Hub is a digital product delivered immediately on purchase. Once your access has been sent, the product is considered fully delivered & cannot be returned, unsubscribed or "given back".
For this reason, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, credits or exchanges for change of mind, lack of use, or because you decided the product wasn't right for you after purchase.

The Business Growth Hub is built on & designed to be used inside the Trello platform (owned & operated by Atlassian). Trello is an independent third party service & is not owned, controlled or operated by us.
You will need an active Trello account to use the template. Trello may have its own free & paid plans, terms of use, feature limits & updates that are entirely outside of our control.
The template is provided "as is". Should Trello at any point change its features, pricing, structure, terms, accessibility, or shut down entirely, the functionality of the Hub may be affected or no longer available. This is outside of our control & we accept no responsibility for any changes, limitations, disruptions or discontinuation of the Trello platform itself.
No refunds will be issued in the event that Trello changes its product, pricing or availability after your purchase.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the template within your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, share access with others or repackage the template as your own product.
